- NOTE: Registration here is for the Live Auction Webcast system - NOT the Timed Online Auction system. At this time the Live Auction Webcast and the Timed Online Auction systems are separate databases. To register for the Timed Online Auctions click here.
- Thoroughly read the following information, the FAQ page, and the Terms & Conditions page before using our Live Auction Webcast system.
- To participate in the Live Auction Webcasts, you must click the "I Agree" link at the bottom of the Terms & Conditions page. Clicking "I Agree" will open the login page with a registration link.
- New bidders will need to click on the "Register today!" link located below the login box. Once you have filled out the required information, you are to then have your bank fax (701-237-0976) or email (ryan@steffesauctioneers.com) a bank letter of reference to Ryan.
- Bank letters MUST be on bank letterhead, must say you have a good standing account, and must include the FIRST AND LAST NAME you used to register.
- Once we have received your bank letter of reference, your permanent bidding number and password will be emailed to you. You will not be able to bid until we have received your bank letter of reference.
- You are only required to submit one bank letter of reference. It does not need to contain any account specifics, it simply has to state that you have an account and you are in good standing with the bank. However, you are required to send in your bank letter of reference at least 24 hours before the start of the auction.
- Once your permanent bidding number and password have been activated you will be ready to bid using the Live Auction Webcast system or place pre-auction bids for our live events by clicking the "I Agree" link at the bottom of the Terms & Conditions page.
- We strongly suggest changing your password to something more easily remembered upon logging in by clicking the "Edit Profile" link at the top of the page.
- Please remember to add the domains steffesauctioneers.com and iqbid.com to your safe sender list to avoid service interruptions.
